We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for India Deals Marketing as part of the IN Deals & Events team. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, deal performance, and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns and event execution.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for deals and promotional events across India marketplace2. Own end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation to post-event analysis and optimization3. Drive cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, category teams, product, and business intelligence to maximize deal performance4. Define and track key performance metrics (OPS, traffic, conversion, customer acquisition) and deliver against ambitious targets5. Own the customer-facing bar on deals experiences and enable discovery of deals across the onsite and off-Amazon shopping experiences through marketing initiatives and campaigns6. - 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
