Job Description

As a Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + Digital Services Manager + Corporate Functions at Accenture, your role involves providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in the IT service industry. You will be responsible for performing pricing, commercial structuring, and offering comprehensive financial support for Managed Services and Consulting deals globally. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing client budgets and identifying missing information, proposing action plans for deal approval readiness - Collaborating with deal teams to calculate prices and margins based on costing information and deal parameters - Analyzing financial impact, understanding risks, and identifying opportunities for clients, Accenture, and other stakeholders - Coordinating with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legality in various deal scenarios - Presenting financial context to Sales Leads and Finance leads to influence deal shaping and client negotiations - Managing a portfolio of deals across a region, developing relationships with Solution and Sales Teams, and actively managing a team of Analysts/Specialists/Associate Managers - Committing to thought leadership and continuous learning by contributing to Deal Structuring knowledge capital Your professional and technical skills should include awareness of Corporate Finance strategies, knowledge of accounting for business combinations, experience in Deal Pricing Reviews, ability to provide innovative thinking, and preparation of business case presentations. You should possess strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
