Deal Structuring and Pricing Associate Manager

Role Overview: You will be part of the Deal Structuring & Pricing Team, providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in the IT Service industry. Your role will involve performing pricing, commercial structuring, and offering comprehensive financial support for Managed Services and Consulting deals globally. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client budgets and identify missing information, proposing action plans to address shortfalls for Accenture deal approval - Use costing information and deal parameters to calculate price and margin using internal pricing tools - Assist in analyzing risks, providing mitigation, and identifying opportunities for clients, Accenture, and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and understand risks and opportunities in deal shaping within regulatory environments - Collaborate with tax and legal teams for tax efficiency and legality in various scenarios - Present financial context to Sales Leads, Finance leads, and stakeholders to influence deal shaping and decision making - Escalate deals with poor financial metrics and work towards improving financial attributes - Contribute to DS knowledge capital for continuous learning and thought leadership Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of Corporate Finance strategies and tools - Working knowledge of accounting for business combinations and revenue recognition - Experience in Deal Pricing Reviews - Ability to provide innovative thinking and prepare business case presentations - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Additional Details: Accenture offers a network of global communities, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to enhance your skills in line with the latest technology trends.
