Role & responsibilities

Deal Analyst

Services Description:

Provide support & guidance to the Client sales team on best practice deal management & contract structuring. This includes:

Deliver a fluctuating volume of sales supporting Client-directed tasks within a defined time frame, to a consistent quality.
Identify and document task processes in support of the sales contracting process.
Collaborate with and provide advice and deal insights to cross functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) in order to build scalable, efficient processes.
Drive improvements in Client internal policies, processes and system to help increase sales productivity.
Partner with third party vendor team on Salesforce case/deal queries, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to transition suitable tasks from contractor team to vendor team.

Deal Analysts will use the tools provided. If they are not able to access the necessary information, they would follow the appropriate escalation steps as explained through training or documentation.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Case Experience.
3+ years of experience in a deal support role ideally in a tech environment.
A proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Success partnering with key stakeholders across sales, product and engineering to surface and improve internal processes.
Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, working under Client dictated response and turnaround times.
Bachelors Degree.
