Job Description

Duck Creek Delivery Lead

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek transformation programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
Provide thought leadership and best practices for Duck Creek implementations and upgrades.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years in leading Duck Creek transformation programs.
Technical Expertise:
Prior hands-on experience with Duck Creek technologies (Policy, Billing) is highly preferable.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain and related business processes.
Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
PMI or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
