To know more, kindly visit us at https://sifyinfinitspaces.com/ Location : Mumbai- Rabale About the Role : Shift Lead Role Objective: To Lead and Manage DC facilities, operations & maintain 100% uptime. To lead team of shift engineers on day-to-day basis Risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure ensuring infrastructure is Up and Running 24x7 Infrastructure related state of art tech / practices that creates competitive differentiators DC related Asset and inventory management, security incident management Create and maintain metrics on all aspects of our DC and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes. Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analysis, and identify improvement areas and respond to contingency situations Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management and reporting. Review AMC & SLA Compliance, improving the operational procedures to ensure quality service delivery and customer SLAs. Procurement for DC Operations related materials and budget management for the assigned locations Adopting predictive maintenance practice, Automation in datacentre operation and adherence to datacentre process management. Lead first level of escalation point for all customers Customer communications in leading Weekly, monthly review calls and tracking all related points Primary level design validation and providing correct technical inputs Coordination with multiple partners for FAT, SAT, IST tests Implementation of best practices in data center operations Shutdown activity planning with precise MOP, EOP, roll back planning etc Leading team of FMS contract for all services Validation of monthly consumption reports, billing for customers Working knowledge on service now software for Ticket handling, problem & incident management Able to face internal/external audits for site including (but not limited to) ISO50001, ISO20000/ISO 27000, PCI DSS, SOC, OHSAS, availability and reliability audits If you are interested in above opportunity, then please share your updated profile for further discussion along with following details.
