Work location - Bangalore (Work from office)

· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA in production environments.

· Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale databases (>5TB).

· Strong experience with Oracle-to-PostgreSQL/MySQL migration.

· Expertise in SQL query writing and optimization.

· Deep understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL replication techniques and HA setups.

· Experience in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and monitoring.

· Proficiency in tools such as SQL Developer, pgAdmin, MySQL Workbench, etc.

· Solid understanding of backup and recovery mechanisms.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Professional DBA certifications will be given preference.

· Experience with on-premises or cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Database).

· Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.

· Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for database changes.
