Day care teacher

We are seeking a dedicated for Day Care teacher (Female) to join our team at Radcliffe School in Kharghar.

This is a full-time position ideal for those who are passionate about early childhood education. The role involves caring for and educating young children, ensuring their developmental needs are met. The candidate should hold an ECCED qualification as a mandatory skill.

Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCED, TTC trained) preferred/ any graduation (Mandatory skill) with similar experience of 2 years
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• Proficient in child care practices and nurturing young children in a safe and caring environment.
• Ability to supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Sharp observation skills to monitor children's development and address any concerns.
• Skillful in organizing and conducting engaging games and activities for young children.
• Patience and understanding in handling the needs and behaviors of young children.
• Creativity in planning educational and recreational activities that stimulate children's growth.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children in the day care.
• Plan and implement educational activities and curriculums that promote early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for children.
• Promote social and emotional development through interactions and activities.
• Address children's individual needs and provide appropriate responses and care.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's milestones and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality care experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
