Diverse Lynx is looking for Datastage Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications Designing and implementing data integration solutions using Datastage Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into target systems Developing and testing complex data integration workflows, including the use of parallel processing and data quality checks Collaborating with database administrators, data architects, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data Monitoring performance and optimizing Datastage jobs to ensure they run efficiently and meet SLAs Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems related to data integration Knowledge of data warehousing, data integration, and data processing concepts Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
