Your Role

As a Datacom Test/Lead Manager, you will:

Lead and contribute to the creation of
testing strategies
and
test plans
.
Drive
automation initiatives
using
Python
and other scripting languages.
Perform
Datacom testing
across various networking protocols.
Conduct
performance and throughput testing
to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

Apply hands-on experience in automation using
Python
.
Work with protocols such as
ISIS
,
BGP
,
BFD
,
MPLS
, and
Netconf
.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

8-15 years of experience in
network testing and automation

Strong scripting skills in
Python
or other relevant languages.
Deep understanding of
networking protocols
and
Datacom technologies

Experience in
test strategy

execution

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
