Role Summary

As a Databricks Developer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on the Databricks platform. You will work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver high-performance, cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Write and optimize complex queries using SQL for data transformation and analytics.
• Integrate and manage data ingestion from multiple sources using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Work with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) for large-scale data storage and processing.
• Implement and manage analytics workloads using Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and security of data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Databricks and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and SQL.
• Practical experience with ADLS, ADF, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing.
• Experience working in cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Delta Lake and Databricks performance tuning.
• Exposure to CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Azure certifications related to data engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,223,688.74 per year
