Job Description

Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
Prepare invoices and ensure monthly services are billed according to client agreements.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Reconcile AR accounts and generate aging reports with detailed analysis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in global operations.
Proven experience handling large volumes of transactions with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for global collaboration.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in NetSuite, Zendesk, or online payment platforms being a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
