Database Management - Emerging Lead

As an Emerging Lead at State Street Global Markets (SSGM), you will play a crucial role in executing daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities of the SSGM Database Management team. Your responsibilities will include: - Account Setup - Standing Settlement Instruction Setup - Misc. Static data maintenance You will be expected to track and monitor potential issues and delays, address unique and challenging situations, and evaluate and enhance processes and procedures continuously. Ensuring the accuracy of accounts set up in transaction systems and client static data will be one of your key responsibilities. Furthermore, maintaining strong working relationships with North America peer teams and participating in the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems for workflow management and data storage are essential aspects of your role. Your success in this position will be supported by the following skills: - Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to analyze client instructions and processes - Ability to lead and develop operating teams globally - Deadline and detail-oriented approach - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access database, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Experience in business or systems analysis, preferably in a financial institution In terms of education and preferred qualifications, you should ideally hold a graduate degree in Finance such as B.COM, BBM/BBA, MBA (Finance), M.COM, or any degree related to Finance or Commerce. Additionally, knowledge of Macros, SQL, and MS Access Database queries would be advantageous for this role.
