We’re Hiring: Database Developer (MongoDB DBA + SQL)

Location: Hyderabad / PAN India (Remote or Hybrid Options)

Experience: 4–8 Years

Are you passionate about databases and love optimizing data performance?

We’re looking for a Database Developer with strong hands-on experience in MongoDB administration and SQL development to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB and SQL databases.Manage performance tuning, replication, backups, and high availability.Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.Handle MongoDB migration, sharding, and indexing for scalability.Collaborate with developers and architects on data modeling and optimization.Ensure database reliability, performance, and data security.

What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in database development and administration.Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB (DBA + development).Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server).Experience with MongoDB Atlas, Compass, and performance monitoring.Knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have
MongoDB DBA Certification.Experience in ETL, data migration, and data modeling.
