Hiring for Database Developer Lead With Simple Logic IT Pvt Ltd at Seawood-Navi Mumbai-WFO

Experience : 10 Yrs

Work Location : Seawood-Navi Mumbai

Work Mode : Work From Office

Note : Should hav Team Handling and Insurance Domain Experience (Mandatory)

Primary Skills :

1. Team handling (more than 10 resources).

2. Work with large datasets and write efficient SQL queries

for data manipulation, transformation, and reporting.

3. Team Lead role can be performed.

4. Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis,

and technical design discussions with stakeholders.

5. Perform query optimization and performance tuning

using tools like Explain Plan, SQL Trace, TKPROF, and

AWR reports.

6. Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, indexing,

partitioning, and data modeling.

7. Familiarity with insurance life cycle

Knowledge of MIS requirements.

Secondary Skills :

1. PL/SQL and strong documentation skill

Responsibilities :

10+ years of experience out of which atleast 1 years in Life Insurance Domain

Working closely with business users to get the

requirements.

Hands on experience on PL/SQL

Document technical designs, data flows, and process

logic for long-term support and maintenance.

Collaborate closely with DBAs, front-end developers,

testers, and business analysts to deliver robust and

scalable database solutions.

Familiarity with insurance life cycle

Educational Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor Degree from IT Background

Other Requirement :

We are looking for a seasoned PL/SQL Consultant with expertise

in the Life Insurance domain and Oracle technologies. The ideal

candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and

experience in implementing Life insurance solutions.
