Database & Campaign Management Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our marketing team in managing databases and campaign execution. The role involves handling large volumes of data, ensuring timely sorting, cleaning, and distribution of databases, and supporting the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, especially during high-demand seasons like Onam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain campaign databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data cleaning, sorting, and preparation for targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely distribution of campaign data.
• Generate reports, track progress, and share insights using MS Excel.
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns by providing database support on time.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in database management or campaign support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or interns with good Excel skills are also welcome to apply.
