Job Description
Provide 24/7 advanced support for database systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Monitor and optimize database performance, implementing improvements as necessary.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems.Collaborate with L1 support teams to resolve escalated issues and provide guidance.Document and maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and maintenance activities.Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across systems.
Extensive experience in database administration and advanced support.Strong knowledge of Postgres (Yugabyte) and other relevant database technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
