Job Description

Role: Data Visualization Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Exo Required: 6-10 years

Tech Stack: Power BI and Tableau

Responsibilities:

Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling visual stories that support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs and metrics.
Ensure visualizations follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.
Optimize dashboards for responsiveness, load time, and cross-platform compatibility.
Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency in visual outputs.
Provide guidance on data visualization standards, governance, and design principles.
Conduct user training and support adoption of self-service BI tools across business units.
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and visualization logic.
Continuously improve reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs
