Data Validator

As a Data Validation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to validate and verify data submitted by the field team on the dashboard. You will cross-check field data against predefined benchmarks to ensure accuracy and consistency. In case of inconsistencies, errors, or missing data, you will coordinate with the field team for necessary corrections. Additionally, you will provide basic troubleshooting support to field team members facing issues with data entry. One of your key tasks will be to ensure real-time data quality monitoring and flag any discrepancies for further review. You will also be responsible for generating reports that summarize data accuracy, validation trends, and areas of improvement to enhance overall data quality. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Data Science, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Previous experience in data validation, quality control, or agricultural data management would be preferred. Proficiency in using mobile apps, dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets for data handling is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with field teams and technical staff.
