We are on the lookout for dynamic professionals who are passionate about data, automation, and application support in a high-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for internal/SaaS/PaaS applications, resolving incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot and analyze issues across advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Amazon DSP. Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from BigQuery, Starburst, or other data sources. Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams. Manage user access using SSO/Active Directory tools. Automate recurring tasks using RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and cloud services (AWS/GCP). Monitor SLAs, document SOPs, and contribute to system health reports. Required Skills: Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and AdTech platforms. Exposure to cloud services (GCP/AWS), SSO tools, and incident management systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). Hands-on with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA or scripting languages is a plus.
