Hiring: Data Structuring Analyst

Gallagher Mohan

Our portfolio spans diverse real estate transactions from multifamily apartment communities to large-scale office towers across the United States and European markets, with deal sizes typically ranging from $25 million to over $500 million USD.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and refine MS-Excel- and MS-Word-based valuation appraisal templates.
Map and integrate system-generated data fields with document templates to ensure automation and accuracy.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all templates are accurate, consistent, and up to internal standards
Support restructuring, enhancement, and migration activities for existing templates and associated data.

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Microsoft Word
, including advanced formatting and data-handling skills.
High level of
attention to detail
with strong accuracy in document and data management.
Ability to
quickly learn and adapt
to new technical tools or internal systems.
Background or familiarity with
appraisal, valuation, finance
, or
data structuring
is an added advantage.

Desired Qualifications:

Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Education:
Graduation in Economics/ Statistics or Finance. Master s degree in finance, Business, Real Estate, or Economics is preferred.
