Data Specialist, CRM Product Administration

The Data Specialist, CRM Product Administration within CRM Solutions of Product Operations in ICE Data Services, Hyderabad, India, is responsible for maintaining crucial product, price, and bundle information on Salesforce and ORMB systems. These records play a vital role in supporting billing, contract, and delivery configuration aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate maintenance of product, price, and bundle information. - Input product, list fees, and bundle data into staging tables daily. - Supervise monthly system update processes and any additional updates. - Verify and validate the completeness and accuracy of updates, promptly addressing any issues. - Document processes and maintain a New Product template form. - Manage product characteristics to facilitate selection by Sales and other users, including those requiring Control review and data royalty. - Modify characteristics in consultation with stakeholders to reflect changing circumstances. - Provide support for the annual price increase process and SEC Form ADV creation. Desired Knowledge and Experience: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems is advantageous. - Familiarity with financial information is preferred, ideally with 2+ years of experience in the Financial Data Services Industry. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.,
