Data Specialist, CRM Product Administration

As a Data Specialist, CRM Product Administration within CRM Solutions of Product Operations at ICE Data Services, your role is crucial in maintaining the product, price, and bundle information used by Sales and other stakeholders on the Salesforce and ORMB systems. The core set of records you will be handling is essential to support billing, contract, and delivery configuration aspects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with product managers to ensure the accuracy of product, price, and bundle information - Daily input of product, list fees, and bundle data into staging tables - Overseeing monthly update processes of systems and any additional updates - Reviewing and confirming the completeness and correctness of updates, and addressing any issues promptly - Maintaining documentation of the processes, including a New Product template form - Managing characteristics of products to facilitate their selection by Sales and other users, including products subject to Control review, data royalty, etc. - Enhancing characteristics in consultation with stakeholders to reflect changing circumstances - Supporting the annual price increase process - Assisting in the creation of the annual SEC Form ADV Qualifications required for this role: - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems would be advantageous - Knowledge of financial information is preferred, ideally with 2+ years of experience in the Financial Data Services Industry - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Joining ICE Data Services will provide you with the opportunity to contribute significantly to the maintenance and enhancement of critical product information, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the financial services industry.,
