As a Data Solution Architect at Tezo, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions. With your 10-12 years of experience, you will lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Your responsibilities will include developing data models, architecting data warehouses, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing architectural guidance on ETL/ELT design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data solutions across enterprise environments. - Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs. - Architect, implement, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes for analytics and reporting. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, and sales teams during presales discussions. - Provide architectural guidance on ETL/ELT design, data integration, and migration strategies. - Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance best practices. - Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, platforms, and cloud services. - Partner with delivery teams to ensure architecture meets business requirements. - Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of data solutions. - Contribute to the development of reusable solution accelerators and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data solutions. - Strong expertise in data modeling and data architecture frameworks. - Experience in designing and delivering data warehouse solutions. - Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and strong SQL knowledge. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and their data services. - Experience in presales engagements and familiarity with data governance best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
