Data Solutions Architect Snowflake & Databricks (AI-Enabled)

Role Overview:

Data Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement

  data warehousing and analytics solutions

  using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Integrate

  AI/ML capabilities

  into data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

• Pre-Sales & Consulting:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare

  solution blueprints, Effort Estimations and demos

  for prospective clients. Support Pre-Sales team in Technical Proposal Preparation.
• Participate in client presentations and workshops.

• Project Delivery & Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end project execution from

  requirements gathering to deployment

  .
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, timelines, and quality standards.

• Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Stay updated on emerging trends in

  data warehousing, AI/ML, and cloud technologies

  .
• Contribute to building

  accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets

  for the practice.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Snowflake

  and

  Databricks

  architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in

  SQL, Python, Spark

  , and data modeling techniques.
• Experience integrating

  AI/ML models

  into data pipelines.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Leadership & Delivery:

• Proven experience in

  leading teams

  and delivering complex data projects.
• Strong project management skills with exposure to

  Agile methodologies

  .

• Pre-Sales & Communication:

• Ability to engage with clients, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide estimations and support Pre-Sales teams in preparation of Proposal / SOW.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in

• Experience in

  data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

• Exposure to

   3+ years

   hands-on (architecture, optimization, governance)

2. Databricks:

   hands-on (Spark, ML workflows, Lakehouse)

3. Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP):

   5+ years

3. AI/ML Integration:

   2–4 years

4. Leadership:
