Data Scientist


Responsibilities 🧠


  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Design, build, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI models to solve complex business problems.
  • Develop and implement solutions using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science, machine learning, and GenAI.


Qualifications 🎯


  • 5+ years

    of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.

  • 1+ year

    of hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM development, including fine-tuning and deployment of models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly

    Python

    , and relevant libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (

    AWS, GCP, or Azure

    ) and MLOps tools for model deployment and management.
  • A strong background in machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
