About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented AI/ML Engineer to join our elite team working on one of the most ambitious Generative AI projects in the industry. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP frameworks, semantic search, and MLOps to build intelligent systems that transform how humans interact with machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for real-world use cases
• Work with Generative AI models, transformers, NLP tools, and embedding techniques
• Integrate external AI APIs and fine-tune models for performance and accuracy
• Build and optimize Vector Databases for semantic search and similarity detection
• Apply MLOps principles for scalable model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with a team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists
• Participate in architecture discussions, and take ownership of AI model pipelines
• Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and deep learning research

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience in AI/ML model development
• Proficiency in LLMs, NLP frameworks, transformers, and embedding techniques
• Practical experience working with Generative AI models (OpenAI, LLaMA, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone) and semantic search
• Strong API integration skills and experience working on live AI/ML projects
• Familiar with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
• Passionate about AI innovation and solving complex real-world problems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
