Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver

  Data Science / ML models

  for Marketing Analytics, Retail, and CPG domains.
• Work on

  large datasets

  using Python, SQL, PySpark, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Apply supervised & unsupervised learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, ensemble models, neural networks).
  
• Build and deploy

  predictive & prescriptive models

  for business optimization.
• Deliver insights via

  Power BI dashboards

  and storytelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Extensive experience

  in leading Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams.
• Strong statistical programming in

  Python

  (cloud-native platforms like

  AWS Sagemaker

  , Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with

  large datasets

  and big data tools (AWS, SQL, PySpark, etc.).
• Strong knowledge in at least two areas:
  
• Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
  
• Classification, Regression, Clustering
  
• Neural Networks
  
• Ensemble Modeling (Random Forest, Boosted Trees, etc.)
  
• Experience with

  Pricing models

  is a plus.
• Exposure to at least one domain:

  Energy, CPG, Retail, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Health, Supply Chain

  .
• Proven

  client engagement and business development

  experience.
• Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative team environment.
  
• Quick learner with the ability to independently deliver results.
  

Preferred Qualifications

Masters / Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
Strong client engagement & team leadership experience.
