Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy large language models and small language models for speech-to-text post-processing, conversational AI, and multilingual language understanding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Llama fine-tuning, model training, and building efficient language models optimized for production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Training

Design and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs)
Fine-tune and customize Llama models for domain-specific applications
Develop efficient training pipelines using distributed training techniques (DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed)
Implement parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA, AdaLoRA, Prefix Tuning
