Data Scientist - Predictive Modeling

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for translating complex business problems into data science solutions and effectively communicating the value and limitations of these solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, deploying, and monitoring predictive models, statistical analyses, and optimization algorithms. - Working hands-on with large datasets by cleaning, transforming, and analyzing to extract actionable insights. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure that data science outputs are actionable and aligned with strategic goals. - Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. - Continuously validating and improving models based on real-world feedback and changing business needs. - Leveraging Microsoft ecosystem tools extensively for data preparation, model development, deployment, and visualization. In order to be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles. - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure Data Services, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Advanced Excel. - Solid understanding of a variety of machine learning techniques and their real-world applications. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical outputs into strategic business insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
