Data Scientist Manager with AI/ML & GenAI / 15+ years / Hybrid

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist Manager with deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced NLP models. The ideal candidate will lead a team of data scientists, drive innovation in AI/ML solutions, and deliver production-grade applications leveraging LLMs, diffusion models, and classical ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML & GenAI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Work on ML algorithms such as XGBoost, Random Forest, SVM, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers.
• Build and optimize NLP models including BERT, GPT, LLaMA, and T5 for various use cases.
• Drive GenAI projects such as diffusion models, LLM fine-tuning, and generative content systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure best practices in MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
• Work hands-on with Python, SQL, and AWS cloud infrastructure for implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
• Proven experience with LLMs, GenAI models, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Strong background in data modeling, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Research publications or contributions in AI/ML/GenAI.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
