Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Data Scientist to extract meaning from and interpret large, complex datasets to power our systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong statistical, mathematical, and programming expertise to build high-quality prediction systems that guide business strategy.

Responsibilities

Formulate and lead multifaceted analytic studies against large volumes of data.

Interpret data, analyze results using advanced statistical techniques, and provide ongoing insights.

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to uncover hidden opportunities.

Clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy, performing rigorous data preprocessing.

Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.) to solve business problems.

Stay updated with technical and industry developments, including advancements in AI, LLMs, and RAG.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Fresher/Expreinced as a Data Scientist or in a related analytical/ML engineer role.

Proven experience in designing and implementing data processing and machine learning frameworks.

Strong foundation in statistics, probability, mathematical modeling, and data modeling.

Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and automation.

ML Frameworks: Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related libraries.

Databases & Big Data: Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, and big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark.

Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services (e.g., S3, SageMaker, Redshift).

Visualization Tools: Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn to present findings.

Tools: Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, PyCharm.
