Job Description

As a Data Scientist II here at Honeywe'll, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and formulate data-driven solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights to support business decision-making.

In this role, you will impact the business by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and advanced analytics to optimize processes, reduce costs, and identify growth opportunities. Your work will position Honeywe'll at the forefront of data-driven innovation, turning data into actionable intelligence that propels the business forward.

YOU MUST HAVE

2+ years of experience within data analysis, statistical modeling, or another related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models and algorithms
Strong project management and organizational abilities

WE VALUE

bachelors degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
Manage endtoend data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives
Apply strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights
