Roles and Responsibilities

• Design predictive models for trajectory forecasting & traffic behavior
• Build risk scoring using time-shifted predictions & sliding time windows
• Develop

  multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL)

  frameworks
• Collaborate with simulation teams & integrate replayable datasets
• Evaluate models using

  precision, recall, event-level accuracy

• Work with data engineers to define feature pipelines & streaming inputs

Must have skills

• Python (advanced coding)

  , NumPy, Pandas

• Machine Learning (traditional ML + deep learning)

• PyTorch / TensorFlow

• Time-series, Bayesian, probabilistic forecasting

• Reinforcement learning (multi-agent)

• AWS, Databricks, Airflow, GitLab

• Exposure to LLM / GenAI

Nice to have

• Simulation tools (CARLA, SUMO, VISSIM)
• ADAS or smart city risk management
• CEP / event-stream analytics
• LiDAR / camera data fusion
