Data Scientist

Job Summary: 

As a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI & Hyper-Personalization, you will work on developing and implementing on use cases related to collections with resolution optimization & machine learning models that power advanced personalization capabilities. You will leverage generative AI techniques to create dynamic, tailored user experiences across multiple touchpoints, while optimizing data-driven strategies to enhance customer-collector/channel engagement, resolution rates, and Low operational cost.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generative AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models use case (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs) to enhance personalization in recommendations, user preferences, and dynamic experiences. 
• Personalization Algorithms: Develop advanced machine learning algorithms that personalize user interactions in real-time based on data from user behaviour, preferences, and interactions across different channels. 
• Customer Segmentation: Implement clustering and segmentation techniques to better understand customer behaviour, preferences, and needs, driving hyper-personalized marketing strategies and product offerings. 
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights, trends, and opportunities to optimize personalization efforts. Use statistical and machine learning techniques to provide data-driven recommendations to product and marketing teams.
• Scalability & Optimization: Ensure that personalization models are scalable and optimized for high-performance environments, focusing on processing large datasets in real-time.
