Mandatory Skills

Strong programming skills in #Java or #Python (Python screening test if selected)
8+ years of experience in AI/ML and software development
Experience in developing and deploying LLM-based use cases (especially document extraction & processing)
Hands-on with Gen AI, NLP, and real-world model deployments
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud (Azure) environments
Experience with small POCs, pilot projects, and scalable AI models
Ability to integrate solutions with the existing tech stack
Strong communication, collaboration, and a sense of ownership

Nice To Have

Experience in the investment or finance domain
