Data Scientist - Analytics & Information Management (AIM)

As an Officer/Analyst in the Data Science Team at Analytics & Information Management (AIM) in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions to support key business objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the model validation process for Model Risk Management, developing and implementing automated solutions to manage the increasing volume of models, overseeing the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms, and documenting data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis. You will also be responsible for interfacing between business and technology partners for digitizing data collection, providing technical guidance and support in areas like knowledge graph development and data extraction, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior management. It will be essential for you to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics, ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements, and work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Data Science roles, a strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques, and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, interacting with senior stakeholders, and managing end-to-end conceptualization and implementation of data science solutions will be beneficial. An educational background in STEM at the Bachelor's level (Master's degree preferred) is required.
