SUMMARY

Summary:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making for leading global brands within a dynamic, innovation-led creative network. This position is central to unlocking actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling strategic business outcomes across retail and CPG domains. You will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to deliver scalable solutions that influence brand performance and customer engagement. With direct client interaction across the full project lifecycle, you will contribute to shaping data-driven strategies while fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven professional eager to influence global brand narratives through cutting-edge data science.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
Conduct data discovery, exploration, and validation to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in large-scale transactional, product, and customer datasets
Develop and maintain business consumption-oriented dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and drive strategic insights
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across business and client teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliver solutions, and ensure seamless deployment and adoption
Lead the development of data pipelines and ensure data quality, structuring, harmonization, and governance across systems
Mentor junior team members, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and stay ahead of emerging tools and methodologies in data science and AI
Engage directly with clients during discovery, design, delivery, and deployment phases to ensure alignment and impact

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
5 6 years of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative modeling with a strong focus on predictive and forecasting methodologies
Proven expertise in SQL (or Google BigQuery) and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development
Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques in real-world business environments
Solid understanding of retail and CPG domains, including product, transaction, and customer-level data analysis
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for descriptive and diagnostic analytics
Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Willingness to participate in in-person drives, including the upcoming session in ${location}
