Data Science Trainer

We are searching for a Data Science Trainer to join our team in Nashik. The perfect candidate will possess a foundational understanding of data science concepts and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, guiding learners through practical exercises, and supporting their journey into the field of data science. Responsibilities: Training Delivery: - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (classroom and/or online) on core data science topics. - Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner for diverse audiences (beginners to intermediate learners). - Facilitate hands-on coding exercises, practical labs, and project-based learning. - Address learner queries and provide timely, constructive feedback. Curriculum & Content: - Assist in the development and review of training materials, presentations, assignments, and quizzes. - Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. - Create and manage online learning content if required. Learner Support & Mentorship: - Mentor and guide learners throughout their training journey. - Support learners in understanding concepts, solving problems, and completing projects. - Assess learner progress and identify areas for improvement. - Provide interview preparation and career guidance where applicable. Collaboration & Improvement: - Collaborate with other trainers and the curriculum development team to enhance the overall training experience. - Collect and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve training content and delivery. - Stay updated with advancements in data science tools, languages, and methodologies.
