Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Science Trainer cum Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Data Science,Machine Learning, and Python Programming, as well as contributing to internal and client-baseddevelopment projects. This role combines strong teaching skills with hands-on developmentexpertise, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring others while staying technicallyactive. Key Responsibilities:Training & Mentorship: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Data Science, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related tools. Create curriculum content, tutorials, assignments, and assessments for learners at various levels. Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students or trainees. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant real-world examples into training.Development Responsibilities: Contribute to internal product development or client projects using data science, machinelearning, and software development practices. Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and scripts for data-drivensolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and implementation. Required Skills;Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Python programming. Exposure to SQL databases. Hands-on experience with Data Science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc. Solid understanding of statistics, data wrangling, and visualization. Good Understanding on Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Solid Foundation in NLP and working with textual data. Excel and Microsoft Power BI for Data Analysis. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, engaging way. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good to Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools. Experience with Django/Flask or similar backend frameworks.
