Data Science Senior Analyst

Responsibilities: - Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations - Develop data displays to clearly communicate complex analysis - Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to optimize processes and improve data quality - Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems by determining required data, assessing time and effort, and establishing project plans - Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications - Lead the system change process from requirements through implementation - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects - Drive communication between business leaders and IT - Assess risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations - Perform other duties and functions as assigned Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in business and data analysis, process improvement, and project management - Ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques effectively - Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Methodical attention to detail - Experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description offers an overview of the work you will be performing.
