Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Lead a team of data scientists in delivering data science solutions for marketing effectiveness and portfolio management for large ads customers.
Develop and execute a data science roadmap, aligning with strategic goals and OKRs.
Provide analytical thought leadership, contributing proactively to Data Science and Measurement.
Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication, driving data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to scale capabilities and drive innovation in Applied Data Science.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in analytics, coding, and statistical analysis.
3 years of experience in a people management role within a technical leadership capacity.
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
