**Job Description:** As a Data Science Manager in the Measurement Center of Excellence at our company, you will have an opportunity to lead a team of technical experts who leverage Google's Machine Learning capabilities to develop data science and measurement solutions for our Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients. You will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive impactful results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of Data Scientists responsible for implementing data science solutions in marketing effectiveness and portfolio management for clients. - Develop a data science roadmap aligned with the company's strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), set project goals, manage resources, and provide technical leadership. - Provide thought leadership in Data Science and Measurement, contributing strategically to influence stakeholders through effective presentations and written communication. - Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to enhance the capabilities of the Applied Data Science team, focusing on scalability and innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Sciences) or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience utilizing analytics to solve product or business problems, proficiency in coding (Python, R, SQL), querying databases, and statistical analysis. - 3 years of experience as a people manager in a technical leadership role. - Experience in leading and evolving data science and engineering teams, delivering presentations to executive leadership, collaborating in cross-functional organizations, distilling analyses into data-driven narratives, and communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
