Skill Development Stage (First 3 Months)

• Interns will undergo guided training and participate in structured learning sessions focused on foundational and advanced data science concepts.
• This phase aims to help interns build strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills through real-world exercises, coding tasks, and mentor-led sessions.

• Python Programming for Data Science
• Data Cleaning & Preprocessing
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Statistical Analysis & Probability
• Machine Learning Algorithms (Supervised & Unsupervised)
• Data Visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau)
• SQL & Database Management
• Working with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Git, GitHub, and Model Deployment Basics

Project Implementation Stage (Next 3 Months)

• After successfully completing the training phase, interns will transition to

  real-world data science and machine learning projects

• They will work closely with experienced mentors to build predictive models, analyze datasets, and deploy data solutions.
• Performance during this stage will determine eligibility for a

  performance-based stipend of up to ₹15,000

Responsibilities

• Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured & unstructured data
• Build and evaluate machine learning models
• Perform statistical analysis and feature engineering
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights
• Work with SQL databases for data extraction
• Collaborate with the team for model deployment and integration
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration

Eligibility Criteria

• Final-year students, recent graduates, or freshers passionate about Data Science
• Basic understanding of Python, statistics, and ML concepts
• Familiarity with SQL and Git/GitHub preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Availability to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for 6 months
