Job Description

Role:

Key Skills & Technologies:

Large Language Models (LLM)
fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
– implementation, optimization, and scaling
Agentic AI systems
– AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, workflows
Proficiency in
Python
and common ML/NLP libraries (Transformers, LangChain, etc.)
Experience with
Vector Databases
(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build intelligent systems leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures
Develop and deploy
Agentic AI
systems for autonomous task handling
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate ideas into AI-driven solutions
Drive experimentation and continuously optimize models and systems
Maintain and improve pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deployment

Requirements:

4–8 years of relevant industry experience in
AI/ML or Data Science
Strong foundation in
Machine Learning
,
NLP
, and
Deep Learning
Prior experience building applications using
LLMs, RAG pipelines, or autonomous agents
Ability to work
onsite 5 days a week
in
Gurugram
or
Bengaluru
