Data Science & Analytics Trainer

Dataspace Academy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science & Analytics Trainer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data science concepts, hands-on experience with relevant tools and languages, and a keen interest in teaching and mentoring students or professionals. Working Days - 6 Days (including Sat-Sun) Week Off- A day to be fixed between Mon to Fri Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. Teach tools and languages such as Python, R (optional), SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Develop and update course materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules. Guide learners through hands-on projects, practical use cases, and real-time data applications. Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, and project feedback to learners. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the data science field. Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance training content and structure. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data science or analytics. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib). Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Preferred: Prior experience in training, teaching, or academic instruction is a plus. Certifications in Data Science or Analytics tools are an added advantage. Why Join Dataspace Academy?
