Your role will involve harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Monitor data quality and records metrics, ensuring compliance with standards across the organization. - Identify and address data and records management risks and gaps. - Implement a records management program that covers identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and disposal of records. - Create and execute a data governance strategy aligning with the bank's data management strategy and business objectives. - Provide Group-wide guidance and training on Data and Records Management standard requirements. **Qualifications Required:** **Basic/ Essential Qualifications:** - Strategic Vision and Leadership. - Data Governance and Quality Management. - Knowledge in data architecture, integration, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Cloud computing. **Desirable skillsets/ good to have:** - Data Modelling. - Knowledge of Data Architecture or experience working with Data Architects. - Data Sourcing & Provisioning. - Data Analytics. - Data Privacy and Security. In this role, you will be based out of Pune. As an Analyst in this role, you are expected to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
