About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality & Data Intelligence Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Collibra DQ and DIP platforms. The role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial datasets, enabling reliable KPI tracking and reporting. This position is critical in maintaining trust in the organizations financial reporting by profiling, monitoring, and improving data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and profiling on large and complex datasets to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Configure and apply data quality rules to identify anomalies, outliers, and inconsistencies.
  • Utilize Collibra DQ and DIP tools for end-to-end data quality management and intelligence.
  • Detect and report trends, shapes, and patterns in profiling results to support decision-making.
  • Schedule and monitor DQ jobs for continuous data quality assurance.
  • Write and optimize custom SQL queries for data validation, profiling, and reporting needs.
  • Ensure alignment of data quality practices with financial KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Integrate Collibra DQ and DIP solutions into the broader data ecosystem to enhance trust and usability.
  • Document processes, rules, and workflows to support governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine data quality KPIs, ensuring financial reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Collibra DQ & DIP with strong hands-on implementation experience.
  • Certified Collibra Ranger (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in SQL for querying, profiling, and validating data.
  • Ability to analyze large-scale datasets to detect anomalies, patterns, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in data integration and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work on financial datasets and KPI reporting environments.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Intelligence.
  • Prior experience working in financial services or financial KPI reporting projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an offshore delivery model with global stakeholders.
