Data Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of product managers. Your role will involve increasing data-informed decisions and experimentation by establishing partnerships, best practices, and fostering clear communication channels. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to drive business outcomes through insights, OKR development, and deep-dive analysis. Collaboration with Operations colleagues will be essential to understand business processes, data needs, and priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and improve user experience. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing end-to-end product delivery processes, from initial assessment to product performance reporting, while identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiencies and functional coordination. In addition to leading product tollgates and change management activities, you will ensure compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements. Effective management of timelines, dependencies, and resourcing, as well as liaison with stakeholders and functional partners, will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong business and data analysis skills, the ability to break down high-level use cases into well-defined epics and user stories, and leadership skills to influence and build relationships are essential. A risk and control mindset, analytics experience (Alteryx, Excel), data visualization experience (Tableau, Thoughtspot), and a general understanding of Agile Methodology are required. We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured thinker with a passion for analyzing data and providing actionable insights. You should be able to organize complex business problems, translate them into analytical plans, and execute with high quality. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to deliver insights to executives and partner with other teams, are key requirements.
