Role Overview
Independently drive workstreams in privacy engagements, lead small teams, interact with client managers, design portions of the privacy program, and ensure deliverable quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead DPIAs, gap assessments, data mapping and discovery exercises. • Review and design privacy notices, consent flows, retention plans, data subject rights processes. • Manage 24 team members and ensure quality, timelines, and governance. • Conduct vendor/third-party privacy assessments. • Lead privacy maturity assessments & creation of remediation roadmaps. • Coordinate with security, cloud & legal teams during cross-functional engagements. • Experience in privacy tool configuration & workflows (OneTrust / Securiti / equivalent). • Support proposal writing, PoVs, and client pitches.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years in Data Privacy. • Hands-on exposure to India DPDPA implementation. • Understanding of cross-border data flows, security requirements, and automation. • Ability to lead medium-size engagements independently.
